Patersbier - A perfect example of the unique qualities of belgian Yeasts and Grains. European Hops. Straw/yellow color, notes of fruit on the nose, a touch of bubblegum at times. Fermented close to 80F to get the full effect of the Franco Belgian Yeast. Approx. 5% ABV.
